What Do I Need to Know Before My Service Begins?

 If you signed up before the 15th of the month, you should receive your cart by the end of that month.  If you signed up after the 15th, you should receive your cart by the end of the following month.

Recycling collection service will start within 30 days of when your cart is delivered.

Once your cart arrives you can find your first collection date by clicking "Cust Login/Info" above.  

Before logging in, be sure to read the information on the pre-login page.  

If you are a twice-per-month customer, you will see two routes listed.  The order in which they are listed is not important - your first collection date is the earliest date listed.

your billing schedule

When you signed up, you paid for the first quarter of service which starts with your first collection. 

All charges for subsequent quarters will come during the last week of the current quarter.  If your first quarter of service is June-July-August, for example, your first automatic charge will occur during the last week of August, for the quarter September-October-November.

your collection options

You may find that your collection frequency is not enough to handle all of your recycling.  If this happens occasionally, you can place your overflow materials in bags or cardboard boxes and leave them next to your cart.  We will collect the overflow for an additional fee (to be paid in your next automatic charge). 

If you routinely recycle more than your cart can hold, it will be more convenient for you to increase your frequency.  Contact us with your request and we can make the change.

If your credit card or bank information changes, you can login to your account and update your payment method. 

You can also check your balance online if you have any questions about your charges or payments.

There is no refund for the container or for an uncompleted quarter of service if you decide to cancel. 

Upon cancellation, we will remove the container, if you request, at no additional charge.

There is a $40 fee to resume service after cancellation, or if service has been suspended due to missed payment.
